Harpersville Court is held at the City Hall,
on the second Thursday at 9:00a.m.
and the third Thursday at 3:00p.m.
Some court dates may change.

All traffic tickets issused are given a
Court Date, not all violations require
an appearance in Court. If your ticket
does not require a Court appearance,
you may pay your fine in person or by
mail before your court date.
If mailing in — pay with money order
or cashier's check.
We do not accept personal checks.
If you are unsure about your ticket
and have questions,

Office hours are (M-F) 8:00 a.m. to 4:00p.m. Closed for lunch between 12:00 and 12:30 each day.

If you do not appear in court nor your fines paid by your court date, a warrant of arrest will be issued for you and an additional fine amount will be added to your ticket.
